ABOUT A GIRL...❤

The hourglass chimed with the sweetest voice to be heard,
Yes, it was her,
As bright as the sun, as cool as the moon,
As graceful as the wind, man!, it had to be a boon;
She was an angel, who taught me what to look for in a girl,
God!! For a moment I thought I was going down a whirl;
Just like how the unsinkable sank and the indestructible broke,
She cracked me open, "I'm punishing you with a boon", God spoke;
I felt elevated up the rank,
Like on an elevator, Saw the whole world disappear beneath me, to be frank.

"Lucifer, we are God's best creation, I'm witnessing it",
I felt my body getting sacred bit by bit,
Inside's getting lit;
Stunned I was, breathtaking she was;
Realized I was charmed, only when she left;
Not sure how much of my heart was left,
I saw her everywhere, I got parts of myself,
Saved it in a book on a shelf,
It was about a girl....

Of Moonlight & Rain One should think of moonlight,  On a lonely night, amidst the whispers of the sea,  How it glistens through the threaded kite in the sky, The warm coldness it brings, with its indifference,  The grace with which it moves through our eyes,  Leaving starry angelic dust behind, across the dark night,  The madness it seeds in our minds, keeping men scared for eons,  Of the darkness in which it thrives, Like her,  The hardened metal she has for a heart,  That shines of false warmth,  I like her,  For she makes me think of moonlight; One should think of rain, The tunes it makes, with haste and vigor,  Without rhymes or beats,  The rush with which it makes the ground sweat,  Making it softer, more vulnerable to lose its stand,  And dance along with the rain's flow,  Enabling life to enter the barren cracks of the Earth,  Can anyone guess if it blossoms into a bright flower, Or grow into a toxic weed?  I hate her,  For she makes my heart go crazy like rain, Every ti

THE BEST SPOT With the cool breeze slowly cruising at its pace, With the dark rainy sky, of that evening, looking over the place; I saw her eyes, So bright!, so deep! It looked like an ember set ablaze; For many people, had that bench, given its embrace, Being at the perfect spot, with her and I, I saw, it was having its best of days; With delayed lightnings streaking the skies, I felt time slowing down, pausing, to give her a longing gaze; Cupid had reasons to put down his bow.
